Cassie Cage Nerfs

Hi all ı think cassie is a little broken and ı suggest some nerfs ;
-regular flip is now 8 frames ex flip still 6 frames
-instant air guns now so hard to use like liu kangs iafbs
-f33 is -12 on block like errons one
-ex nut punch is 26 on hit -12 on block (coz of 50 is so scary as hell)
-target paint is now mid like sektors one
