I need help doing Instant Air Guns

Hi, I have been trying to do the Instant Air Guns for a while now and while I have been able to improve lately it seems that I'm "stuck" and i can' t do it any sooner than what I am doing now.

I was wondering if you had any tips to help me out, Thanks in advance
