Variations: Hollywood, Brawler & Spec Ops

Special Moves: Single Shot, Low Kick, Get Away Flip, Takedown & Power Slam

By only seeing her image along with her name on the selection screen it was immediately apparant who this was. Cassie was the daughter of Sonya Blade and Johnny Cage. She fights with a similar yet different set of moves than her parents. She was clearly trained by them because of these similariries. One major difference is she uses...

I wonder how Cassie Cage will exist in the story?

There is a time skip after all.

I wonder if Cassie will have flashbacks when she had some fun time with her parents and how they trained her.

Cassie: Mommy? Will I ever be strong as you and daddy?
Sonya: I'm sure you will dear.
Johnny: Maybe even better. You'll be a hero like us too.

Hope she'll find certain allies to help fight for the realms. Perhaps she formed the Outerworld Investigation Agency in their honor.

Out of the revealed roster so far, one of the newest characters to enter the Mortal Kombat area is Cassie Cage, daughter or Johnny Cage and Sonya. Up until this point we have seen a little bit of gameplay and even a fatality... but not her x-ray. Today SnakeEaterDan was able to record Cassie's x-ray at EGX in London.

We should warn you that this is still early in development and Cassie's x-ray could very well be subject to change....

Alright guys, I know a lot of people have been wondering about Cassie's "Nutcracker" special move in her Hollywood Variation. This is a match between Cassie (Hollywood) and Ferra/Torr (Lackey). The Cassie player does the the move quite a few times during the match, I do know they do it at 2:14 in the video. The special move is actually not a "nutpunch", she gets on her knees and hits her opponent in the crouch with her baton sticks. You also get a good view of her X-Ray attack, and how...

Some changes I have noticed through initial screen shots to the latest stream:

Her eyes became a bit brighter and are no longer flesh/subdue color (looks a lot better)

Her brawler stance- initially she appeared to have glowing green hands if not all the time- a majority of the time.. In the newest stream (end of feb) I see the glowing fist in the variation selection circle, but I don't see it at all in the brawler stream portion, the only difference I see is her gloves are a tan, fingerless...

I've been wondering who the inevitable protagonist was going to be in the game for a while now and, prior to the trailer release, I was leaning towards Kotal Kahn or Takeda because of the comic. However, after that badass new trailer I think it's Cassie and team Special Forces with Cassie leading the pack. What do you guys think?

DISCLAIMER - TAKE THIS WITH A GRAIN OF SALT, ITS NOT FULLY TESTED

So far, the CPU on auto block cant block it, but on always block it does.

I put myself to block it and could not.

Armour moves seem to stuff it, although i havent tested all of them. (only 5 characters)
could be different variables, startup time on the armour move or if you hit your desired moves tight enough, maybe it stuffs it? still need to test test test

it REKTS alot of wakeup attacks from what Ive seen, havent tested...

So ive been using brawler, AND I LOVE IT!

it seems most her combos require 1 bar of meter (enhanced air grab)

I will work on some meterless and corner combos or tommorow!

this is really early, lets continue to develop!

she has alot of restand potential aswell!
